Reservations are essential and released six months in advance, with new availability released on a daily basis. Saint Peter has two distinct dining areas and menu options, the Main Dining Room and the Bar.

Dining room seating

Saint Peter offers two experiences within the Main Dining Room for the ten-course tasting menu. Our Kitchen Tables deliver a vibrant, immersive atmosphere with direct views into the kitchen. Our core dining tables provide a more intimate and refined setting. We welcome all seating requests but may be unable to accommodate them depending on availability.

The Bar

Saint Peter Bar is a relaxed space to drop in for a meal or snack. The menu changes with the seasons, showcasing a rotating a la carte selection. Seating requests for booths are noted but cannot be guaranteed. Book the bar.

Booking policy

Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't arrive, a charge of $195 per person for lunch bookings and $395 per person for dinner bookings will apply.

Table times

Lunch bookings for two have a two-hour table. Tables of three or more are seated between 12.30pm and 4.30pm. Dinner takes around three hours.

Surcharges and service fee: a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. A 10% service fee is added to the bill for all bookings of six or more guests, at lunch and dinner, and goes directly to our staff.

Dietary requirements and allergies: please tell us when you book. We can accommodate most requirements with notice.

Children: children of all ages are welcome. We don't have a children's menu. Prams can be accommodated on request.

Gift vouchers: please include your voucher number when you book.
