Dining Room Seating
Saint Peter Restaurant offers two experiences within the Main Dining Room for the ten - course degustion menu. Our Kitchen Tables deliver a vibrant, immersive atmosphere with direct views into the kitchen, placing you at the heart of the action. Our core dining tables, by contrast, provide a more intimate and refined setting, ideal for a relaxed and considered experience.
Please be advised that whilst we welcome all seating requests, we may be unable to accommodate them depending on availability.
We welcome groups of up to 6 in the Main Dining Room.
The Bar
Saint Peter Bar is a relaxed space to drop in for a meal or snack. The menu changes with the seasons, showcasing a rotating à la carte selection. It’s an easy place to stop by for a snack and a cocktail, or settle in and explore the menu.
While seating requests for booths are noted, they cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy
Reservation Timing
Lunch | Reservations are booked for a two hour dining seating. The team will do their best to extend dining times where possible. We require the table to be vacated by 4:30 pm for the team to prepare for dinner service.
Dinner | We recommend allowing approximately three hours to fully enjoy your dinner experience. If you do need to depart by a specific time, please let us know in advance.
Public Holidays
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Saint Peter. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations, reduction in guest numbers or change the date requests. Where less than 48hrs notice is given a charge of $185pp for lunch bookings and $325pp for dinner bookings will be incurred.
Dietary Requirements
We can accommodate most allergies and dietary requirements. Please include these details at the time of booking so our team can prepare accordingly.
Gift Vouchers
Please include your voucher number while booking, in your reservation notes. Alternatively, we require you to bring the voucher reference number on the day.
Dining with Children
Children of all ages are welcome to dine at Saint Peter, however there is no children’s menu. All guests are required to dine on the set menu. Due to the size of the restaurant, prams and strollers can be accommodated on a request only basis.
